So there we were last night. It was like a flashback to being a kid on the last day of summer (the last!). There was this never ending thought of, WTF?!? How did we get here?!?Yet, somehow a whole summer had officially come and gone.
Back to school, baby.
So our last official meal of summer was -- wait for it... Cowboy Ribeye.
No big secret. No big surprise.
We'll be in lockdown meetings all day today. And the kids will come to our classroom tomorrow.

We had a special "back to school" dinner at my sister's house last night, to send off my nephews in style. Lobsters, chicken, potatoes, and salad. Oh, and smores on the fire pit because my nephews love smores.
