Got head shaved with The Playmaker today.  Also filled up propane tank, in preparation of grilling one of our two turkeys on Thursday.

Picked up the turkeys today.  A 17 pounder for the grill and a 20 pounder for the oven.

Finishing up...

Finished the travel soccer season today with a 4-1 win.  The Playmaker started in goal and made 5 saves in the first half.  The backup came in for the second half and -- shocker! -- allowed the only goal of the game.  We finished the season
5-1-4.

Winding down...

Last soccer game tomorrow.  We started off 4-0.  We are now 4-1-4.  Hmm.  The Playmaker continues to play well in goal.

Good stuff...

The Playmaker did his school report today.  He was Dubya -- President George W. Bush.

So the world is not ending tomorrow after all.

AAU...

Had a double header today.  The Playmaker scored five points in the first game.  He was 3-4 from the foul line and had a 7-foot transition hoop.  His team was down 12 in the second half (to a team from New Jersey).  They cut it to one and his teammate got fouled at the buzzer on a desperation 3-point attempt.  He hit the first two shots with no time left to get the W.  In the second game The Playmaker had 4 points (2-3 shooting) on a layup and a 16 footer at the buzzer to end the first half.  His team lost by 12.

Not kidding...

Armageddon coming soon.  Not kidding.  Victory equals life as always.  Defeat equals pulling the plug on Tuesday.

Watched all of the 76ers game last night.  Never seen Spencer Hawes play as well as he did.  Also great to hear the fans BOO Iguodala all night long.  1-0.  Woo! Hoo!
