Friday night dinner = Jambalaya, baby!
Cooked up a whole slew of Dirty Rice and added in shrimp, boneless/skinless chicken thighs and kielbasa. Let it slow cook for about 50 minutes and then it was "fantastic" (in the words of my 9-year old).
