Seems like a dumb gift, right?!? Giving someone a Legal Pad for Christmas?!? Yet, we can't tell you how many of these we go through during the course of a year. Every day we pull one out and use it for something. Grocery list. Shopping list. To do list. Planning out the week. Stuff to do at school. The Thanksgiving food schedule. Christmas shopping. Books we want to read. Recipes to try. We could go on forever. A thick, sturdy one will set you back about $4. But its collective worth is about 100 times that.
