Huge win for the Phillies today. Unfortunately, it keep with a steep price as The Big Man (Ryan Howard) sprained his ankle in the first inning. No word yet on how long he will be out. With half their starting lineup not playing due to injury (Howard, Utley, Victorino and Ibanez), we needed Hamels to come up aces. Instead, he showed that he is still a Mental Midget. Sailing along with a 2-zip lead in the fourth, he hit the first batter and then completely fell apart. Thankfully, the bullpen of Romero, Madson, Contreras and ... wait for it ... Lidge showed huge stones and shut out the Expos Nationals the rest of the way. Phillies 6-4, in 11 innings.
