Well, last night's wings came out tasty. Once batch got covered with wing sauce (bottom), while the other one (top) stayed as is. The steaks were half-and-half. The one with the blackened dry rub didn't have much taste at all. I will either add some kick to the recipe or pitch it completely. The one painted with Peter Luger Steak Sauce was fantastic, as always.
