Your Angels lost last night, 2-1. Our offense reverted to its early April ineptitude, as we had just three hits the entire game. One of those hits came in the bottom of the sixth. It was a total bomb that landed thisclose (as in, within 10 feet) of going over the fence. It's the longest ball we've seen hit by anyone this season.
And yes, it was The Playmaker who did it. He doubled with one out, stole third and then scored on a error. He was 1-2 for the game, and played catcher, first base and center field.
We are now 3-5-2.
But we honestly don't care about wins and losses. It's all about Our Son.
