A ton of late afternoon & evening BIG games

The Fire try to get their first win (0-3) of the season at 2:30 today. It's a road game, so rest easy that The Playmaker will be using our EVO phone to watch texASS and OU on the way back from the game. That game, and about 100 others are on TV today. Here are the best:

3:30 Games

Tennessee @ LSU -- Lester needs to win this one to keep his critics at bay. Both offenses are weak. LSU will get by, 17-10. (Good for us, as we have LSU's D in fantasy.)

texASS vs Oklahoma -- Yesterday, we predicted a Bonghorn win. Today ... we still feel that way. If the Sooners lose, that will five out of the last six years Bob Stoops has lost to Lack Crown. And if that happens, Sooner Nation will be looking for Stoops' head. And rightfully so. texASS 21-17.

Wisconsin @ Michigan State -- State coach Mark Dantonio returns today, fresh off a fake field goal win and ... wait for it ... a heart attack. The Badgers will show no mercy and win, 24-20.

8:00 Games

Notre Dame @ Boston College -- On paper this is an absolute C-R-A-P game. And yet the Fighting Irish get the prime time spot. BC is giving true freshman Chase Rettig his first start at QB. If the Irish lose this one, than they really do suck. Notre Dame 27 BC 6.

Florida @ Alabama -- The Gators' offense has been offensive. The Bama defense has been stout. This one could get ugly. Nick Saban 28 Urban Meyer 14.

Stanford @ Oregon -- Jim Harbaugh is Our (new) Hero. He wins. He goes for two. He talks sheeet. We despise Oregon. Harbaugh may punch Ducks coach Chip Kelly in the face. Before the game. Harbaugh 20 Oregon 17.
