Bone-in Rib Eye with a Twist...

Looking for a new twist on our Good Friend -- the Rib Eye Steak, we did some experimenting yesterday. We took the marinade recipe we use for our chicken wings and tried it with steak.

We let the steak sit in the marinade for three hours.

After that, this is what we had to play with on the grill.

Six minutes on one side and two minutes on the other produced this:


The verdict? It worked well. It definitely had some kick to it (which is what we wanted). We wouldn't use it every time, but for something different it works perfectly.
